Q. What is your process with new clients?
A. First, we do a free Meet and Greet prior to scheduling a service. Once the service is scheduled a welcome letter with instructions will be sent and will need to be filled out and sent back prior to the first service scheduled.
Q. Do you provide updates?
A. Yes, we provide frequent updates on the necessary information such as: how your pet is doing, are they eating well, are they playing, what they are doing, how they are behaving, if they are taking their medication, are there any issues, etc. Along with pictures and videos of how they are doing.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. There is a cancellation fee / late booking fee of $25 for any services booked or cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled services.
Q. What is your Travel Delay policy?
A. There is an initial $25 fee for unforeseen delayed travel where the service needs to be extended plus a fee of $5 per scheduled services needed for the extended duration due to possible schedule conflicts.
Q. Are there any Breed Restrictions?
A. No, there are no Breed Restrictions. However, the temperament of the pet will be assessed during the meet and greet to determine any guidelines to be set in place on whether or not they will be ok with other dogs or not.
Q. Do you require that my pet is neutered or spayed?
A. No, we do not require your pet to be neutered or spayed.
